THOROUGH HISTORY: We combine your previous medical records with open-ended questions about your pet’s lifestyle, behaviours,  and current and past well-being and medical history. 

PHYSICAL HEALTH EXAM : We evaluate your pet’s overall health, checking vital signs, coat condition, body condition an oral assessment to inspect teeth and gums. 

BEHAVIOURAL EVALUATION: As fear-free professionals we will observe your pet's behaviour to assess their emotional well-being during their time with us. We strive to provide a calm and welcoming environment for pets and clients.  

DISEASE SCREENING: We provide in-house testing to detect early signs of illness, ensuring prompt intervention where necessary.
